Temporary & Contract Recruitment

Flexible staffing solutions when you need them. From seasonal agricultural workers to healthcare cover, we deliver quality temporary staff fast.

Our Simple 3-Step Process

We've streamlined our registration to get you working as quickly as possible.

Research the Company

  • Very often people focus their attention on preparing their answers and leave the research of the company for the last minute. This usually results in awkward silence when asked company-specific questions.

  • Spend a few hours researching the company. Start with the company website, but don't limit your research to this channel. Search online for recent product launches, corporate news, and awards they have received.

  • Make sure you know the interview format and who is interviewing you in advance.

Practice Your Answers

  • Once you have done your research, start practising your answers. Even though there is no set format, you can still prepare for the most common interview questions.

 Common questions to prepare:

  • "Tell me about yourself?"

  • "What's your biggest weakness?"

  • "What are your biggest strengths?"

  • Plastic Injection Molders

  • Use the STAR technique (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your responses effectively.

Dress Accordingly

  • If you want the job, you need to look the part. Dress smart with well-fitting clothes and polished shoes to make a strong first impression.

  • If you're not sure what to wear, business dress code is preferable unless you have been told to dress casually.

  • Make sure your outfit is ready the day before the interview.

Stay in Control

  • No matter how nervous you feel, stay in control. Plan your route and give yourself extra time to arrive.

  • Speak clearly, smile, and be friendly. Answer with confidence and focus on promoting yourself. Your body language is crucial—sit up straight with good posture.

  • Use hand gestures naturally, but avoid crossing your arms as this appears defensive.

Ask Questions

  • Now that you've answered your interviewers' questions, it's time to ask your own. Prepare these in advance during your company research.

  • Prepare three to five questions—some about the job itself and others about the company's goals and culture.

  • Thoughtful questions demonstrate your genuine interest in the position.

Good Luck!

  • We believe in your potential. Follow these steps, stay confident, and show them the best version of yourself. You've got this!
